Andrej Gruden
Andrej Gruden, is an information technology and payment system expert. Andrej was born on September 23, 1969 in Belgrade, Serbia.
He was educated in the Serbian, Austrian and American education system and holds a Telecommunications engineering degree from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria.
Andrej worked for companies such as IBM and Accenture for over a decade before he founded his own consulting business – Information Technology Consulting Services in 2007. The list of clients of Information Technology Consulting Services includes blue chip companies from southern and central Europe.
He worked in the financial industry for clients such as Barclay’s Capital, NatWest, Commerzbank or Credit Suisse in the France, UK and Germany telecommunications and retail industry for clients such as telia or Sainsbury’ Supermarkets. Since his arrival in SEE region in 2003 he assisted the Serbian central bank in building a national payment card system – DinaCard – now a globally accepted card through a partnership with Discover Card with an annual transaction volume of more than $1.5 billion, as well as a SEPA comaptible direct debit payment system in Serbia.
His goal is to help clients in southern and Eastern Europe improve their business and governance through a hands-on client tailored cost effective services focused on project management and product development mainly for the financial services sector.
Andrej is fluent in Serbian, English, German and French.
